FROM THE DESK OF THE PRINCIPAL

This is just a brief insight into our commitment to your child’s education at IMAM SHAFI (RAH) MATRIC HR. SEC SCHOOL. We encourage you to find out more about the school through either our website, a school visit, or by interacting with teachers.

Choosing a school for your child is a very IMPORTANT DECISION.

Our school’s vision is to enrich our students with quality education, skills, and good character in a dynamic learning environment. Our school is having a good team of qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about their work. Our teachers are committed to a high-quality learning experience focused on the individual needs of each child. We are striving to be creative and innovative in our instruction to engage students in their learning through a variety of activities, applications of technology, and 21st Century skills.

Today the role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of an ever-changing global society.

Children need a supportive environment at home and school. They need to set goals, within their reach until they gain confidence and determination. Focusing on specific goals, helps them move forward purposefully in life. Our approach to learning is child-centric, encouraging ACTIVITY-BASED LEARNING and inculcating a scientific temper and a spirit of free inquiry.

In our curriculum, the student is the primary focus, and each child is involved in the learning process. We are constantly improving our teaching methodology so that it turns learning into a combination of classroom study, research, and scientific discovery.

We are partners in learning with our students and seek to deepen their knowledge, provide an enriching and innovative learning experiences, while also gently urging our students out of their comfort zone to attempt new challenges.

We encourage our students to develop respectful relationships with their peers, teachers, and the broader community. We instill in our students a keen social conscience and capacity to make ethical decisions.

School may look different this year with online learning and hopefully, at some point returning to a hybrid model. One of the most oft-used terms after the pandemic is the term “new normal” The new normal in education is the increased use of online learning tools.

Every student has a different learning journey and a different learning style. Some students are visual learners, while some students prefer to learn through audio. Similarly, some students thrive in the classroom and other students are solo learners who get distracted by large groups. Yet what will never change is our commitment to serving our students, families, and community with care, compassion, and dedication.

Our website is also a valuable source of information.  Every message that we send out to families can be found on our website, along with important information. The purpose of this webpage is to provide parents, students, and our school community with easy access to a wealth of information on our programs, policies, and activities.

As a parent, you want the best for your child, and we are proud to be working with you to ensure that they are given the right knowledge to face future challenges. Parents, students, and the school authorities are a team, and we have to complement each other’s efforts.

The parents are the most strengthening power in molding the future of children. Their consistent support empowers us to do more and more. I pay my gratitude to them for their faith in us.

“If a plant is carefully nurtured by a gardener, it will become good and produce better fruits”. Therefore, children must be given good training from their earliest childhood. We are here for the same.

“Do the work with an intention, not because of compulsion”.
