It is always a good idea to make an Annual Master Plan for the complete academic year. This has the schedule for all the events (curricular and co-curricular activities). It becomes easy to do monthly planning well in advance and organise things well. Generally 3rd week of every academic month the AMP chart is used to plan activities of the following month.
