Super Mom Valedictory Function

Super Mom

A specially designed programme for the mothers on effective parenting skills is being conducted in our school, in online mode from 24 Apr 2021 to 06 May 2021. Very useful topics are being covered in this programme by very experienced resource persons. Dr Sumayaa, Principal of TBAK College for Women, Kilakarai and Prof. Sadhvi Nirmal from M.S.Chellamuthu Institute of Mental Health and Rehabilitation, Madurai also delivered lectures in this programme.

The topics covered are child psychology, stages of development, types of parenting, parenting mistakes, parenting tips, anger /stress management, home science, nutrition & dietetics, time management, learning disabilities, character building, ethics in day to day life. There were very important lectures on Eimaan, taqwa & Dua were also covered. Alhamdulillah, the parents were very actively participating and submitting their assignments.

06 May 2021, will be the valedictory function wherein Janab Ahmed Meeran, Chairman Unity Public School, Chennai and Gen. Secretary OMEIAT will be the chief guest. Please join this virtual function on ZOOM and grace the occasion. Solicit your duas.

Super Mom Programme

Super Mom is an annual event conducted exclusively for mothers. The objective of the programme is to educate mothers on best practices in nurturing future generations. The duration of the programme is 12 days. This year it starts from 24 Apr to 06 May 2021. The classes will be conducted online from 11.00 am to 12.15 pm.

Very interesting topics will be discussed with the mothers with respect to child psychology, effective home environment, Islamic value system, character building, healthy food habits, home science etc.,

Interested mothers can enrol for the programme which is conducted free of cost and those with 100% attendance will be awarded a certificate. The last date for registration is 23 Apr 2021.

Civil Services Study Circle formed

The civil services study circle was launched in our school. Students from class VIII and above are eligible to join this. Mr. Anas who is an Architect by profession and an IAS aspirant is the Mentor for the study circle.

A WhatsApp group is formed where important news headlines are shared daily with some recommendations on further study. After a week’s time, our mentor conducted an online session to explain, how to make use of the recommendations and focus on gaining insight on the shared news articles. Students found it very useful and interesting.
